Order Issues

If your item is out of stock after purchase, you may choose:

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • Item is out of stock
  • Wrong item sent
  • Item is damaged upon arrival (proof required)

Once approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3–7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size or colour selected by customer
  • Used or opened items

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error.
